Music and movement is a high energy program that incorporates movement, songs, and dancing.

Come to the library and practice reading skills with a gentle, furry friend. A certified therapy dog will listen calmly, creating a safe space for children to practice reading skills without fear or judgment.

Join Guilderland High School student Thomas Zhong for Origami Club. Every month Thomas will guide you through the process of folding something incredible out of paper!

Echoes Across Time: A Musical Journey Through East Asia

AllWays Dance is a 45-minute seated movement class designed for all abilities, all ages—all ways. Blending simple, repetitive dance patterns with gentle chair yoga, the program promotes memory, balance, coordination, and relaxation.

Every first Wednesday of the month, attend a presentation from a local expert and then stay to chat and trade tips with other gardeners.
