Music and Movement

Music and movement is a high energy program that incorporates movement, songs, and dancing. With the help of their caregivers, children exercise their fine and gross motor skills, explore rhythms, and practice listening and following directions. This program is intended for children ages 2-5 with a caregiver. Siblings are welcome.
