Program Description
Event Details
We're partnering with Wildwood Programs, Inc. to offer a neurodiverse-friendly art program, led by artist Megan Ruch, on select Tuesdays in February and March. Using materials supplied by us and with guidance from Megan, participants will create a piece of artwork (or perhaps more than one, if there's time!) based on images she will provide. Megan will provide the inspiration; you'll bring your creativity! Then on a date in March to be announced, we'll host an exhibit/reception and invite everyone to see the finished artwork.
Presenter Megan Ruch is currently an Artist in Residence at The Albany Barn where she inspires artists among the city’s youth through her art instruction. She has led several guided art programs for the Guilderland Public Library.
Please note: because this is a collaboration with Wildwood Programs, registration for Library patrons is limited. If you do register, please expect to attend all sessions through your artwork's completion. Thank you!
