Ever wanted to make something out of clay? Join artist Sarah Hazelke of Round Designs for a four-week pottery class! Participants will create two ceramic artworks: a spoon rest and a clay rattle, using the handbuilding techniques of pinch, coil, and slab; then they will glaze their finished works. No experience necessary; all materials provided. Come play with clay!

Sarah Hazelke is a visual artist working primarily in clay and illustration. Sarah's studio, Round Clay Studio & Designs is located in Chatham, NY where she teaches classes and makes her own work. A lifelong artist, Sarah learned about clay through an apprenticeship to a potter at 13 years old and has continued to grow and build a love of all things clay in the decades since.
