HDMI Cable

An HDMI cable is the easiest way to connect a laptop to our meeting room screens. Please ask for adapters if your device does not have a standard HDMI port.

Laptops tend to work better than other devices. Newer equipment tends to work better than older equipment.

If you are concerned about connecting your device, please request to schedule a run-through before the day of your meeting via email at: meetingrooms@guilderlandlibrary.org. The IT Department is happy to help you, but we may not be available at the time of your meeting.
