Want to get into D&D, but don't know where to start? Want to play D&D with your kids, but the rules are too much to manage? Grab a Youth D&D Kit from GPL! This is a custom version of D&D that's been simplified for younger and inexperienced players who want the fun roleplay adventures that come with D&D.

Register to pick up a Youth D&D Kit from the Children's Reference Desk! You can take your kit home and keep it forever! Each kit includes:

  • 1 Throwback Homebrew One-Shot (Blackmane's Treasure)
  • 1 Cheat Sheet for New Youth DMs
  • 1 How to Play D&D (The DM Version)
  • 1 How to Play D&D (The Player Version)
  • 1 Guide for Filling in the Youth D&D Character Sheet
  • 6 Character Sheets and Materials for Creating a Character
  • A set of dice!

One kit per person. Registration is open from 5/18/25 to 5/31/25. Kits that are not claimed during the pick-up window will be handed out as extras on a first come, first served basis 6/9/25 - 6/13/25
