Introducing GPL’s Pass the Page! Teens going into grades 9-12 will have the chance to read this summer’s book, Ghost Roast, a graphic novel by Shawnelle and Shawnee Gibbs. To “pass the page,” you will read the book, review it on Beanstack, and then pass the book on to a friend! Pick up your free copy of the book in this kit, borrow the library’s copy from the Teen Room, or read it digitally on Libby. Read. Review. Let the adventure continue.

This kit ALSO includes supplies to make your own glow-in-the-dark ghost jar!

Each kit includes: 

  • One copy of the graphic novel Ghost Roast
  • Glow-in-the-dark paper
  • Clear string
  • Cotton balls/stuffing
  • Twine
  • Glue dot
  • And one glass jar!

This kit is designed for teens going into grades 9-12 only. Please register to reserve your kit. One kit per registrant. Please pick up your kit at the GPL Children's Library between Monday 7/7 and Saturday 7/12. Starting Monday 7/14, any leftover kits will be provided to non-registrants on a first come, first served basis.
