Read It & Eat!

Join this month’s Read It and Eat! Cookbook Club!  The featured cookbook for June is Alexandra Stafford's Pizza Night. 

Come to the Information Desk to peruse the featured cookbook and register. Select the recipe you are interested in sharing. Staff will photocopy the recipe and it will be listed with your registration to avoid duplications. Pizza recipes come with a free pizza box to transport your pie.

On June 12th, bring your dish to share with the rest of the club. Enjoy an evening discussing cooking adventures and tasting each other’s creations! 

Alexandra Stafford will be here to sign copies of her book (which will be available for purchase) and to take part in the evening.

Ali graduated from Yale and moved to Philadelphia, where she attended cooking school and worked in professional kitchens. After two years at the acclaimed restaurant Fork, she left to start her blog,  Alexandra’s Kitchen, which won a Saveur Blog Award for Most Inspired Weeknight Dinners. Her first cookbook, Bread Toast Crumbs, was nominated for the IACP Julia Child First Book Award. She lives in upstate New York with her husband and four children.
