This mindfulness meditation session focuses on mindfulness of thoughts, drawing inspiration from trees letting go of leaves that no longer serve growth and well-being. How can we be with our minds in a way that allows us to notice unhelpful thoughts and experience greater freedom from them?
This Zoom session includes instruction, guided mindfulness practice, and optional Q&A/discussion.
Your instructor, Susan Meyer, is both an award-winning photographer and a professionally credentialed mindfulness meditation teacher with more than 35 years of meditation practice.
