In this session, we’ll explore how bringing mindfulness practice into the natural world restores the mind, supports self-regulation in the body, and deepens awareness while easing stress. You will walk away with a number of nature-based mindfulness practices to explore on your own.
Susan Meyer (SusanTaraMeyer.com) is a professionally certified mindfulness meditation teacher and mindfulness mentor trained by Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach. She has been teaching for several years and practicing for more than 35 years. She is also an award-winning nature photographer.
