Lunar New Year Calligraphy Workshop

Join us for an evening workshop hosted by talented calligraphist Jojo Liu. Jojo will be joining us virtually all the way from San Francisco, but this workshop will take place in-person at the library!

Welcome the Year of the Snake by joining calligraphy artist Jojo Liu for a virtual workshop where you'll create your own traditional Chinese couplets. In this 60-minute session, you'll learn the basics of Chinese calligraphy, including brush techniques and stroke order, as you craft beautiful couplets to bring good fortune and festivity to your home for the Lunar New Year.

The library will provide all materials needed for the workshop, but please register for this event as space will be limited.
