What is gratitude and how can it enhance your experience in life? Come find out for yourself with this beginner’s yoga class, no experience is necessary. There will be readings about different perspectives on life, like poems from Mary Oliver, quotes from author and feminist Rebecca Walker, poems from Rupi Kaur and more. There will be moments of quiet to journal and to create your own gratitude list. This is meant for tweens and teens, grade level 7th to 12th. Yoga mats and journals will be provided.
This class is taught by Genevieve, a yoga teacher and youth services librarian.
