GPL Sunday Concert Series: Jeanine Ouderkirk

Jeanine Ouderkirk, who gave a wonderful performance at the September, 2023 GPL Cabaret, returns for a solo appearance! Ouderkirk has been singing and performing in the Capital District for 15 years and teaching music for 20. Though she is primarily a jazz vocalist specializing in the interpretation of the Great American Songbook and improvisation in the form of scat-singing, Ouderkirk also enjoys entertaining audiences with the popular classics of the last 50 years. Accompanying her voice with piano, Jeanine covers songs by favorite artists: Joni Mitchell, Billy Joel, Alicia Keys, Sam Cooke, Adele, Journey, Tom Waits, and many more. For this performance, audience participation is encouraged!
