GPL's annual Holiday bus trip is back for 2025! Two buses will depart Guilderland Public Library at 8:00 am and arrive at Bryant Park in Manhattan at 11:30 am. Spend the day seeing museums, grabbing a show, shopping or simply taking in the holiday splendor. The buses will depart NYC at 7pm and return to GPL by 10:00pm. Tickets are $65 per person.
Upon registering for the trip you will receive an email that you have successfully registered, but your seat is not guaranteed until we receive your payment. We do make every effort to reach out to registrants whose payments are still pending, but the safest way to secure your seat is to send payment in a timely manner.
At this time we can only accept payments via cash or check. Make checks payable to: Guilderland Public Library Staff Account. Checks can be mailed up until 11/21/25. Please address envelope to: Guilderland Public Library, 2228 Western Ave., Guilderland, NY 12084, c/o Melissa Klimek. In person payments can be made at the Circulation Desk at the Guilderland Public Library up until 12/1/25.

If for any reason you need to cancel your registration refunds will be available up until November 27th. Cancellations after this date are non-refundable.
