GPL's annual Holiday bus trip is back for 2025! Two buses will depart Guilderland Public Library at 8:00 am and arrive at Bryant Park in Manhattan at 11:30 am. Spend the day seeing museums, grabbing a show, shopping or simply taking in the holiday splendor. The buses will depart NYC at 6pm and return to GPL by 9:30pm. Tickets are $65 per person. You will not receive confirmation of your registration until payment is received.
At this time we can only accept payments via cash or check. Make checks payable to: Guilderland Public Library Staff Account. Checks can be mailed up until 11/21/25. Please address envelope to: Guilderland Public Library, 2228 Western Ave., Guilderland, NY 12084, c/o Melissa Klimek. In person payments can be made at the Circulation Desk at the Guilderland Public Library up until 12/1/25.

If for any reason you need to cancel your registration refunds will be available up until November 27th. Cancellations after this date are non-refundable.
