Note: Both buses are full, and all registrations are confirmed and finalized. Barring cancellations, there will be no more available seats. We will keep our waitlist open in case of that turn of events. A WAITLIST SPOT DOES NOT GUARANTEE A SEAT ON THE TRIP.

GPL's annual Holiday bus trip is back for 2024!  Two buses will depart Guilderland Public Library at 8:00 am and arrive at Bryant Park at 11:30 am. Spend the day seeing museums, grabbing a show, shopping or taking in the holiday splendor. The buses will depart NYC at 6pm and return to GPL by 9:30pm. Tickets are $65 per person. You will not receive confirmation of your registration until payment is received.

At this time we can only accept payments via cash or check. Make checks payable to: Guilderland Public Library Staff Account. Checks can be mailed up until 11/22/24. Please address envelope to: Guilderland Public Library, 2228 Western Ave., Guilderland, NY 12084, c/o Melissa Klimek. In person payments can be made at the Circulation Desk at the Guilderland Public Library up until 12/2/24.

If for any reason you need to cancel your registration refunds will be available up until November 27th. Cancellations after this date are non-refundable.
