In a fast-paced world where challenges and stresses abound, savoring moments of appreciation can be transformative. This dynamic session with Grateful Gatherings facilitator and mindfulness meditation teacher, Susan Meyer, will illuminate the profound benefits of gratitude practice, address common obstacles and misconceptions, and provide you with practical tools and actionable techniques to cultivate gratitude in your daily life.
