This class is designed for those interested in learning all about bubble tea: What makes bubble tea bubble tea? Types of bubble tea and add-ins? How to cook tapioca pearls? During this workshop, we’ll have a hands-on activity to prepare 2 types of bubble tea: milk tea and fresh tea. A tasting is included.
