The major changes that come with adolescence can throw the best parent for a loop. In this presentation, you will have the opportunity to Ask a Teen Therapist. We will start with a brief overview of normal brain and behavior changes in adolescence, including changes in desire for autonomy and changes in sleep patterns. We will also touch on common challenges and stressors in adolescence and basic strategies for parents/guardians to address those challenges, as well as who to ask for more help. Parents will have the opportunity to submit specific questions at the time of registration, and the presenter will consider them, and give generalized answers for the group.

Note: Registered participants will be sent a separate email before the presentation date that contains the Google form to have the opportunity to ask the presenter questions.
