Let's meet some new friends from the ocean!
VIA Aquarium will be joining us to present a 60 minute program with a couple of their marine invertebrates. They'll discuss the animals' adaptations for survival in varying habitats, as well as their roles in the food chain, and how to preserve the species. Animals may include sea stars, sea urchins, horseshoe crabs, and moon jellyfish. Children will have hands-on time with each animal after the presentation. Seating will be limited, so please be sure to register!
This program is intended for children in grades Kindergarten through Fifth (K-5).
Caregivers must be present to accompany any registered children and siblings.
