After-Zine Tea

What is a zine? Zine (noun): "A noncommercial often homemade or online publication usually devoted to specialized and often unconventional subject matter."

Explore our zine collection and make your own to keep, trade, or give! After-Zine Tea will be an hour and a half long zine-making session (stay for as long or as short as you want!) for teens interested in zines as a medium. Attendees can make or read zines from the collection at their own pace, and instruction will be lax. 

Attendees are also welcome to bring their own supplies for specific projects that they have in mind, but we’ll have supplies and snacks on hand. 

This month’s set of supplies will be works by various AAPI creatives (artists, musicians, writers, etc.) in celebration of AAPI Heritage Month.
